In addition to its function as an event location, the Werkstatt is our urban street food self-service restaurant with a focus on regional ingredients.
The ingredients come from regional agriculture, which saves CO2 during transport. An example of this is the Werkstatt Burger, a classic burger with the best Angus beef from the Spreewald. The Werkstatt also offers vegetarian burgers, Berlin currywurst, handmade French fries and poké bowls. To drink, there are sodas from Proviant Fruchtmanufaktur from Berlin Kreuzberg, of course directly from the bottle, so as not to produce plastic or use excessive amounts of water to rinse the glasses. “Andraschko” coffee and tea specialties are also available at the workshop. A casual place to linger, in summer on the covered terrace or in winter in the spacious interior, designed by the art collective Klebebande.
