This is the motto of the team at the CORD on the EUREF-Campus. Here, where the future is explored and lived, the CORD presents a trend-setting style of cuisine that creates healthy moments of enjoyment with high quality and regional products: vegan, vegetarian, but also with fish and meat. Sustainability is taken into account even in the purchasing process. The suppliers include many small businesses such as the Keit bakery in Berlin-Schöneberg, 25 ponds from Gräben, Paolella buffalo mozzarella from Kremmen or Gourmet Greens in Berlin Wedding. The water in the restaurant comes from the tap and is directly enriched with magnesium and zinc thanks to the “Best Water Technology”. The menu, which chef Florian Peters and Thomas Kammeier, gastronomic director of the EUREF-Campus design seasonally, features new classics that achieve sophistication with simplicity. In addition, the offer supports the sharing idea, through which guests can enjoy the extensive variety of flavours of the grill specialities without worry. With environmental awareness, first-class service and a cosy, noble atmosphere, the CORD stands for modern gastronomy in the heart of the capital.
