1) The applicant(s) (and, if applicable, his/her/their client(s)) undertake(s) to explicitly name the EUREF Campus as the venue in their project as follows: "EUREF Campus Berlin".
2) Room and/or catering requirements must be registered separately and can only be obtained from EUREF-Event GmbH. Third-party catering is not permitted. Corresponding booking requests are to be addressed as follows: mail@locations.euref.de
3) The applicant* shall send EUREF AG a specimen copy/link of all recordings within 2 weeks of the recording date to marketing@euref.de.
4) Permission is limited to the publicly accessible areas of the EUREF-Campus Berlin and - in the event that the recordings are to be made on rented event areas - to the respective event area. Recordings within the business premises of campus tenants require separate approval from the respective tenant and must be applied for directly from the tenant.
5) Recordings of artworks require separate approval in individual cases and may involve additional costs for the rights of use.
6) The applicant shall inform the persons and companies involved before the start of the recordings that recordings will be made and at what time, and shall also obtain the necessary consents himself.
7) The applicant shall inform the persons and companies involved that the photos, film footage and interviews taken in connection with the event will be used for the purposes of public relations and marketing, that the image material will be saved and where this material will be used in each case.
8) If consent is refused by the persons and companies involved, recordings showing these persons or companies are prohibited.
9) Drone flights are prohibited on the entire site.

We would like to take this opportunity to kindly point out that in the final use of the final image and video material, trademarks or logos of our partners shall not be recognizable - especially in the case of recordings at the charging stations - as some of these are prototypes or no longer current products.
