EUREF-Campus 23-24

The EUREF-Campus 23-24 office building will have a futuristic metal-glass façade. The construction pit has already been dug out.
GASAG has rented two-thirds of the building, or 12,500 square metres. The company plans to move its headquarters from Hackescher Markt to Schöneberg at the end of 2020.
In total, the office building will have some 17,500 m² of above-ground space at its disposal and offer a wide range of office solutions. The rental areas will be extended flexibly and in accordance with the space and equipment requirements of the tenant. The modern and bright offices will live up to all expectations as they will be fitted out to high standards.
